Adds: the conditions that sustain each component, and the pressures that undermine them.
Two questions, one piece of work
Activities 3 and 4 ran as one. The first asked what keeps the components alive, the conditions and dependencies that sustain them. The second asked what undermines those same conditions. On the flip charts the two built on top of each other, so the cohort treated them together, component by component.
The result is one set of materials organized by component. For each of the seven, a conditions document holds what sustains it and what works against it, side by side. The interactive views present the same material on screen, one component at a time.
Reading them together is the point. A condition and the pressure working against it tend to sit close to each other. Seeing both at once is what the combined session was built to make possible.

Into Activity 5
The components now carry both their conditions and their pressures. Activity 5 widens the frame from the conditions themselves to the people and organizations around them, asking who is actually in the ecosystem.
The seven components stay as the backdrop. The actors mapped in Phase 3 are read against the same components, so the conditions work done here is what the ecosystem gets measured against.
